DAY ONE
- Use of the sports room and steam-room
- Prelude Treatment Body scrub with sea salts and essential oils followed by a gentle massage. The ideal treatment for preparing the skin. The body scrub helps to eliminate dead cells, refining the skin and brightening the complexion. The skin is thoroughly nourished by essential oils and reinvigorated by sea salts.
- Facial treatment, Intense Moisture or Youthfulness
This “Emphytéose” treatment combats harmful effects of stress, combining an exclusive manual technique with unique active ingredients. The essential luxury treatment for dry skin. Or if you opt for "Youthfulness" this is an essential "calming" treatment, perfect for tight, lacklustre skin. Combining highly concentrated vitamin C and retinol, this treatment moisturizes, smoothes the surface of the skin and brightens the complexion. - Aesthetic lymphatic drainage for legs

- Body wrap with seaweed and massage
A sea-based classic, in which a mixture of warm mineral-rich mud is applied to the whole body for a reinvigorating or slimming effect. The body is wrapped in a heated cover to help to eliminate toxins. - Manicure or Pedicure
