OPTIONAL VISITS
We can organise a number of optional visits and we need a minimum of six people need to sign up in order to go ahead. please confirm when booking.
1) WINE TASTING at SAINT EMILION
Guided tour of the wine making facilities of a Grand Cru Classé Château in the world famous vineyards of Saint Emilion.
You will discover how the Château’s wines are made and then taste the wine with commentary. Followed by free time to explore the mediaeval town of St Emilion.

2) Cooking CLASSES with our head chef
Cooking classes in our Restaurant ‘Les Fresques’ from 3pm to 5pm. Head Chef, Didier Casaguana, will welcome you into his kitchen. He will show you all the tips and tricks to develop a Gourmet menu around the most wonderful regional and seasonal produce: Easter lamb, spring vegetables and chocolate in all its flavours.
The training, service and presentation of your dinner will take place between 7.30pm and 8.30pm. You will be actively involved in all the processes from the kitchen to the table. The price includes a bottle of Cuvées Spéciale of the region (white and red) for 2 people, mineral water and coffee.
