We have a total of 7 dedicated meeting rooms which all benefit from daylight, unique features such as stone walls and oak beams and are situated in the Château, the “Chai” and in the Relais. We also can provide several breakdown rooms when required.
All our meeting rooms have wireless broadband internet access.
Relais Conference Centre
Three magnificent, extendable, reception rooms are located in the Relais des Vigiers and can seat between 15 to 150 delegates. Ideally situated on the ground floor, these rooms are well-lit and comfortable. The rooms are equipped with telephone lines, fitted sound system and Wireless Internet.
The Relais has a 2.2 m entrance providing access for large equipment, e.g. cars.

The Château Room
The Château Room is located in the courtyard area of the Château with a lovely view over the golf course and the lake. The exposed stones give this room style and character. Telephone and Wifi are provided. This room is ideal for meetings and small conferences from 10 to 60 people.

The Champagne Salon
The Champagne Salon with its stone-vaulted ceiling dates from 12th century and is situated in the Chateau. The magnificent ‘Royale’ table will enable you to work in Board Room style. Alternatively, you and your guests can taste our specialties over lunch or dinner. Ideal for 20 to 25 people.

Salon Chai
The Salon Chai is situated in our old wine-making building or ‘Chai’. This spacious room is typically Périgourdine with a warm mix of exposed stone and beams. It is the perfect location for you to host 50 to 170 people in plenary meetings, in classroom or theatre style or for a lunch or dinner seated at round tables for 8 to 10 people. Telephone and Wifi connections are provided.

Salon Voûtée
“Voûtée” translates as “Vaulted” and gets its name from the impressive arched ceiling. This room provides a more initimate space for meetings of between 5 and 28 people. Situated in the Chateau’s west wing, adjoining the Chateau’s meeting room, this room makes an ideal breakout room. Overlooks the lake and parkland course. Telephone and Wifi connections provided.
