Restaurant "Les Fresques"
Our gourmet restaurant, "Les Fresques" is situated in the East Wing of the Château overlooking the lake, parkland and oak woods. The restaurant is adorned with frescos and has a warm and welcoming ambience. In the warm summer evenings, you can dine "al fresco" on the terrace - an experience to remember with wonderful views, friendly and discreet service and superb cuisine. Smart casual dress is recommended.
The kitchen, designed by Michel Roux of the famous Waterside Inn, serves highly inventive French cuisine: seasonal foods such as spring lamb as well as fresh fish, oysters and shellfish and are creatively combined with other local specialities such as truffles to great effect. Our extensive wine cellar contains some of the finest wines our region has to offer as well as a few "hidden gems" and you will be surprised at their value for money!
Our philosophy for the restaurant is a simple one – a rigorous selection of products and respect for the traditions of our cuisine. It is very important for me to work with my team and to share the passion we all have for our profession. We are constantly seeking to improve standards so that our guests benefit.
